Mr. Sacks has over a decade of experience in the real estate and investment world and he specializes in finding creative solutions for complex financial transactions. He has been, and is currently, responsible for business development, market strategies and operations management.
Ezra Javasky – Vice President Business Development Mr. Javasky serves as the Vice President of Business Development for GMA Factor. Javasky is the primary point of contact for the company’s financial lending services. As a financial specialist, Ezra provides clients with lending options that will increase their portfolios, create partnerships with other financial lenders and real estate professionals. He graduated with a MBA from Bar Ilan University, with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services.
Barry Faigen – CPA Controller / Chief Financial Officer Mr. Faigen has over 30 year’s experience in Management at the Chief Financial Officer and Controller levels. His experience includes Big 8 Public Accounting and Auditing, Financial consulting for businesses requiring turn around expertise, Operational analysis and cost controls, Revenue enhancements and capacity building with concentration in the areas of Auditing, Manufacturing, Retail and Not-for Profit
Chris DeCecco Wakefield – Operations Mrs. Wakefield is a management professional with extensive experience in developing and leading diverse teams in the corporate arena. Recognized as a results-oriented, high growth leader who has consistently grown revenue streams, reduced operating costs, and resolved significant problem situations. Wakefield provides high quality personal and administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer and acts on behalf of the CEO in his absence, overseeing the day to day activities of the business. Wakefield develops and maintains client data base and client files while working closely with CEO and CFO in setting goals and objectives to achieve success of the company. Wakefield generates leads through various sources and prioritizes and assigns opportunities generated based on needs of potential clients. She also monitors the industry websites and social media as well as writing the content for all website design. She is active in the orchestration of all social media in order to better market our company to potential clients.
Holly Nabors – Administrative Support Holly has over 15 years of management and customer service experience. Mrs. Nabors has held positions in accounts payables/receivables, payroll processing, prescription benefit specialist, and loan underwriting. She has a wide variety of training and skills that help companies succeed. Holly holds a Notary License in the state of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Bradford School.
